Accessing / Updating your ClubUp Caddie Account

Q: Why can’t I login to the ‘ClubUp – Work as a Caddie’ app?
  • Send yourself a reset password link by clicking here - Reset Password
  • If you do not see the email in your inbox ten minutes after requesting, please check your spam folder.
  • If you do not receive an email after requesting a forgot password link, email support@clubup.com as there is an error with your email address.

Q: How do I update the information on my account?
  • In the profile section of your ‘ClubUp – Work as a Caddie’ app, tap on the pencil in the top right corner. This will direct you to your account details page where you can edit your information.
  • If you need to change your email address, please reach out to ClubUp customer support at support@clubup.com to assist with this request.

Caddie Payment

Q: I am under the age of 18, how do I setup my Stripe account?

  • If you are under the age of 18, you will need to input your parent or guardian’s information for
    the Stripe account. www.clubup.com/cso

Q: I received an email with the subject: “Loop Payment Issue: Stripe Needs Additional Info”. How do I fix this?

Q: How do I know if a golfer has paid me electronically for my round?

  • ClubUp processes payments for the current day at 11pm EST. After this ClubUp will update the payment for the round in your app’s history section. We suggest checking your round’s history the morning following a loop. If you do not see updated payment, please connect with a representative at the golf course to let them know.

Q: How do I know when I will receive my payment, if the golfer is paying electronically through Stripe?

Q: Can I get paid via Venmo?

  • Yes. You can add your Venmo account to your Account Details page which will provide a QR code in your profile.

App Functionality

Q: I am not receiving push notifications for ‘ClubUp – Work as a Caddie ‘app.   What should I do?

  • Visit the settings in your phone and enable push notifications for the ‘ClubUp – Work as a Caddie’ app.

Q: How do I set my location services for the ClubUp – Work as a Caddie’ app?

Q: How do I set my availability in the ‘ClubUp – Work as a Caddie’ app?

Q: Do I need to hit ‘Check-in To Club’ in my app profile to see unclaimed caddie loops?

  • No! You do not need to be checked into the club to see unclaimed caddie loops. The “Check-in To Club” button is used to let the club know that you are on site. You will want to hit this button when you arrive on property. - Checking into Club - ClubUp Caddie App
